Application: Buddyguard® Bed Bug & Mite Stop Spray
For Mites:
Mites, their developmental stages, and residues (body parts, bristles, hairs, excrement) are typically found within textiles or between their fibers (e.g., curtains, bedding, mattresses, carpets).
- Spray Buddyguard® Bed Bug & Mite Stop Spray onto textiles from a distance of 20–30 cm, ensuring complete and even coverage until moist.
- Allow the treated area to dry for approximately 2 hours.
- After treatment, remove residues with a washing machine and/or vacuum cleaner.
- Repeat the application within one week. Further applications are only necessary if re-infestation occurs or associated allergic reactions arise.
- Mites and their developmental stages should be sprayed directly whenever possible.
- For moderate to severe infestations, consult a pest control professional.
For Bed Bugs:
Bed bugs and their developmental stages often hide in crevices, cracks, and covers near sleeping areas (including pet sleeping spaces) before feeding. Public spaces, such as waiting room chairs or seats on buses and trains, may also be affected.
- Spray Buddyguard® Bed Bug & Mite Stop Spray preventively in these areas.
- Bed bugs should be directly targeted with the spray.
- Repeat the application within one week.
Additional Precautions:
- Cover food and avoid direct spraying on edible items.
- Do not reuse the packaging. Fully empty containers should be recycled. Partially filled containers must be disposed of at a hazardous waste collection site.
- The container is pressurized and may burst if exposed to heat. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above 50°C. Do not force open or incinerate, even when empty.
Important Notes:
- Always test sensitive surfaces and fabrics (e.g., wallpaper, upholstered furniture) for compatibility before full application.
- Treated areas can be safely re-entered once dry. Unwanted spray residues can be removed with an all-purpose cleaner.
